FAQ's
Can i book the ping pong table?
Afraid not, we keep all our games tables operating on a first come basis but we encourage rotation.
What time can i play games till?
The ping pong table closes at 8pm sharp every day but the fusball table is open all night.
Whats your dog policy?
We love dogs!...as long as they are well behaved and not left to roam freely like....errr....wild dogs.
Do you allow children in?
Under 18's are permitted until 8pm as long as they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Babies in prams are fine all the time though.
I think i lost something there?
You aren't the first and you won't be the last. Call us asap and we'll see if we found your phone/bag/pride.
What music do you play?
When DJ's aren't playing you'll get an eclectic mix of new and old indie, alternative, electro and pop. Always fitting for the time of day of course.
Do you have to pay to get in The Miller?
Nope. The main pub area is always free. You only have to pay (most of the time) to go to shows at The Hoopla Improv Comedy Club upstairs.
Do you have a cloakroom?
We don't sorry. If you have something very valuable or important with you ask at the bar and we may be able to keep it secure for you.
What's your disabled access like?
Fine getting in the front door as there is a ramp. Wheelchairs will struggle with the garden doors though as there are lips and steps to contend with. I'm afraid we don't have a lift to access the venue but the stairs aren't steep and there are handrails all along.
Disabled toilets?
We wish but its an old building so regrettably we don't.
Do you have a dress code?
Nope, come dressed in your mothers PJ's and a cowboy hat for all we care.
Do you have security?
Yes we have SIA licensed door staff on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.
What time does your beer garden close?
In line with our licensing requirements all outdoor spaces close at 11pm. You are welcome to smoke outside the front doors but no drinks are permitted outside after 11pm. Please be nice when we ask you to find an inside table.
